pk454 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all related pk454 policies:

• "pk454", "we", "us", "our" refers to pk454, the internationally licensed online gaming platform operating at pk454.org.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk454 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" means the pk454 website, mobile browser interface, all games, betting markets, and any associated services available at pk454.org.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the pk454 platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in your pk454 account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or supported cryptocurrency equivalents.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus amounts credited to your account under the terms of a specific pk454 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawal of funds from your pk454 account.
• "PSL" refers to the Pakistan Super League T20 cricket tournament, betting markets for which are offered on the pk454 sports betting section.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk454. By accessing the pk454 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you unequivocally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with pk454's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform.

If you are accessing the pk454 platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms & Conditions. Your continued use of the pk454 platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on pk454, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk454 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. If we discover that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed and all funds — including winnings — will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from pk454.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. False information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one pk454 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

pk454 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You are required to provide a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued photo identification upon request.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk454 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your pk454 account and update it regularly.
• You must notify pk454 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• pk454 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel.
• Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials remain active will be treated as authorised by you, unless you have reported a breach to pk454 prior to that activity.
• pk454 recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication on your account settings for enhanced security.

pk454 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security precautions or have shared your credentials with a third party.

pk454 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 or as stated on the deposit page for each specific payment method.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only processed to verified accounts that have completed KYC. You may only withdraw to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit, or that is registered in your verified name.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: pk454 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 business hours, subject to verification requirements and the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• Currency: Your pk454 account balance is held in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
• No Third-Party Payments: pk454 does not accept deposits from accounts not registered in your name. Any funds identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Bonus Wagering Prior to Withdrawal: Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal of the associated winnings can be processed.

pk454 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, PSL season promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pk454 reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its absolute discretion.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of this period.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games or betting markets specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• pk454 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the bonus system is suspected.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified per promotion, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All games and betting markets on the pk454 platform are governed by the specific rules published for each product. The following general rules apply across all pk454 offerings:

• Cricket Betting: PSL and international cricket markets are subject to the official match result as determined by the relevant cricket governing body. In-play bets stand unless the match is abandoned prior to the relevant market's result being determined, in which case bets are void and stakes returned.
• Void Bets: pk454 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error, incorrect odds publication, or manifest error. Affected stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the game will be resolved based on the outcome of the completed round as recorded by the game server. pk454 is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions on the player's side.
• Maximum Bet & Win Limits: pk454 operates maximum bet limits and maximum win limits per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be updated from time to time.
• RNG Certification: All pk454 slot and casino games use Random Number Generator technology that is independently certified. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot games.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk454 platform. Violation of any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person to circumvent eligibility restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pk454 platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or sports betting syndicate schemes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the pk454 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error will be voided.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to obscure your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing geographic or eligibility restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk454 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during KYC or account registration.

All content on the pk454 platform — including but not limited to the pk454 name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, data compilations, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of pk454 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any pk454 content without express prior written consent from pk454.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the pk454 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Any unauthorised use of pk454's intellectual property may result in legal action and will result in immediate termination of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk454 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pk454 platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or communication errors beyond pk454's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any financial losses resulting from your gambling activity on pk454, including the loss of deposited funds through normal gameplay.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including forfeiture of Bonus Funds or winnings.

pk454's total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk454 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk454 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all of its Pakistani player base. Gambling on pk454 is intended solely as a form of entertainment. We strongly encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their personal financial means.

• Age Restriction: pk454 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed and all funds returned to the deposit source.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, these limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits over a defined period. These limits apply across all pk454 games and betting markets.
• Session Reminders: pk454 provides configurable session time reminders to help players stay aware of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player who wishes to stop gambling on pk454 may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without a full self-exclusion. During a cool-off period, access to gaming is restricted but your account and balance remain active.

Either party may terminate the agreement formed by these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Closure by Player: You may close your pk454 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after the satisfaction of all wagering requirements will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to successful KYC completion.
• Closure by pk454: pk454 may suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions, if fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
• Effect of Closure: Upon account closure for breach, pk454 reserves the right to forfeit any balance, including real-money funds obtained through fraudulent means. Real-money deposits made in good faith will be returned subject to investigation.
• Survival: Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive termination of this agreement.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk454 holds its international gaming license. By using the pk454 platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet or game outcome, you must submit a formal complaint to pk454 support within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed event. pk454 will investigate and respond to formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

pk454 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their pk454 account and/or via a prominent notice on the pk454 platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pk454 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
